摘要
自1967年Asbaugh等提出急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)的概念以来,目前为止,对其研究认识过程可归纳为以下两个阶段:1967年至1994年为第一阶段,1994年至2012年为第二阶段。随着研究的深入及ARDS柏林新定义的诞生,自2012年起很可能将开始第三阶段的认识。
