摘要
目的:观察养阴活胃合剂对萎缩性胃炎的中医疗效。方法:选取我院2010年5月～2012年5月治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者中选取190例患者,按照随机的方法将190例患者分为治疗组(89例)和对照组(91例),其中治疗组慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者按照中医的养阴活胃合剂治疗,对照组则遵循西医的常规治疗。两组慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者分别于2个月后进行治疗前后的病理和胃镜检查。结果:两组患者在两个月后的胃镜及病理检查对比发现,治疗组治疗萎缩性胃炎的有效率占98.2%,对比组治疗萎缩性胃炎的有效率占83.4%。差异具有显著性,有统计学意义。结论:中医的养阴活胃合剂对与萎缩性胃炎有显著疗效,值得在临床中进行推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the TCM therapeutic effect of Yangyin Huowei misture on atrophic gastritis. Methods： 190 patients collected from May 2010 to May 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, 89 patients in the treated group and 91 patients in the control group. The treated group was given Yangyin Huowei misture, while the control group was given routine western medical treatment. Pathology and gastroscopy were taken in both groups before and after treatment for 2 months. Results： The effective rates in the treated group and the control group were 98.2% and 83.4% respectively, with significant differences. Conclusion： Yangyin Huowei misture had notable efficacy on atrophic gastritis, worthy a wide clinical application.
