摘要
目的:观察养血止痒膏对尿毒症维持性血透合并皮肤瘙痒患者的治疗效果。方法:将41例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予自拟养血止痒膏外擦。对照组外擦强生牌婴儿润肤乳。疗程共2个月。结果:治疗组瘙痒积分降低明显,优于对照组。两组差异明显,有统计学意义。结论:养血止痒膏对尿毒症维持性血透合并皮肤瘙痒症患者有显著疗效。
Objective： To observe the effect of nourishing and anti-itch ointment on treating uremic hernodialysis plus skin itching patients. Methods： 41 cases were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given self-made nourishing and anti-itch ointment and the control group was given Qiangsheng baby skin cream. The course lasted 2 months. Results： The effect of treatment group was better than the control group. The difference had statistical significance. Conclusion： Nourishing and anti-itch ointment has significantly effects on uremic hemodialysis plus skin itching patients.
