摘要
目的:探讨丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:98例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各49例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予丹红注射液静脉滴注。两组疗程均为2周。结果:两组临床疗效、心电图及中医症候疗效总有效率比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效显著,副作用少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of Danhong injection in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods： 98 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided into treatment group and control group, and 49 cases each group. The control group was given conventional therapy, and the treatment group was given Danhong injection based on the conventional therapy. The two groups were both treated for 2 weeks. Results： The differences between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Danhong injection has a significant effect and little side effects, and is worthy of clinical application.
