摘要
中国特色社会主义是马克思主义基本原理在当前中国具体条件下的应用,不能用前者否定后者。中国特色社会主义同改革开放前的社会主义实践是继承和发展的关系,不能把两者对立起来。中国特色社会主义是在群众的实践中不断发展的,必须把"顶层设计"同"摸着石头过河"统一起来。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics is the application of the basic principles of Marxism in China＇s specific conditions rather than a denial of the latter. And the practice is an inheritance and develop- ment of the pre-reform socialist practice rather than an opposition. Since it is developed in the practice of the masses, we must achieve the unification of ＂top-level design＂ with ＂crossing the river by feeling the stones＂.
