摘要
本试验涉及的 N_(51)、N_(67)和矮生象草中,以 N_(51)对短日处理最敏感,9小时/天短日处理3~4周能有效地诱导N_(51)抽穗开花;N_(51)是短日作物,也是喜温作物,一般短日处理开始到抽穗期需>0℃的积温1058℃左右。象草的有效穗由分蘖穗和分枝穗组成,由于单侏中分蘖穗和分枝穗发育程度的差异及群体中单侏间的差异,致使 N_(51)群体的有效散粉期可达30天左右,花粉高峰可持续2周左右;经短日处理诱导抽穗的象草的有效花粉率可达77%以上,可用作美洲狼尾草不育系的良好的恢复系,以进行美洲狼尾草和象单的种间杂种的制种。
Pennisetum purpureum which originated in the tropical Africa planted in Nanjing and other similar warm temperate regions do only vegetative growth and can not ear and flower because of the limited light and temperature conditions.P.purpureum cv.N_(51)is the most semsetive to short-day treatment among N_(51),N_(67)and dwarf napiergrass in this paper.N_(51)can flower effectively after 3-4 weeks short-day treatment of 9 hr/day;and needs about 1058℃ accumulated tempera- ture(≥0℃)in the period from the beginning of short-day treatment to ear emergence,and is a short-day plant and temperature liked one as well.The effective ears of P.purpureum are com- posed of tillering ears and branch ones.The effective spreading pollen stage of N_(51)in groups is about 30 days and 2 weeks in which have the greatest amount of pollens as result of the defferences in developing stage of tiUerings,branches and different plants.P,purpureun induced by short-day treatment have more than 77% effective pollens in its ears,can be used as good restoring line and produce the interspecific hybrids with P.americanum sterile line by means of the three-line method.
