摘要
肿瘤学科迅猛发展但临床肿瘤学教育相对滞后,使许多成果难以在社会和人群中实施,影响社会和谐发展。这迫切要求必须重视临床肿瘤学教育,建立独立的肿瘤学课程,以提高临床肿瘤学教学质量;提高医务人员的肿瘤诊治水平,加快新理论、新技术和新方法的临床应用,提高病人的生活质量;加强医学生临床兴趣的培养和临床技能的训练,为医学生增添学习和实习的动力,完成由理论到实践的转化过程。强化医学生的人文素质教育,使其懂得如何尊重和善待生命并认识到科学精神与人文精神是相互依赖和不可分割的;克服现有法律法规环境及医患关系日趋紧张等不利因素,运用医学模拟系统,完善监督体制和调解机制,减少医疗差错,才能培养出名副其实的医务人员,服务于人类社会,推动肿瘤学不断发展.
Because of the great contrast between the fast development in oncology and the lag in clinical oncology teaching,many productions in oncology cannot be available in public health,the harmonious society development may be affected.Therefore,clinical oncology teaching must be emphasized,an independent oncology curriculum must be established in order to improve the teaching quality of clinical oncology.The capacity in diagnosis and treatment of medical affairs should be improved,the continuous development and application of new theories,techniques and methods should be accelerated in order to improve the quality of life of the patients;the interest of medical students in clinical practice should be cultivated and clinical skill should be trained,the power of medical students to learning and practice should be added in order to complete the process from theory to practice;humanities diathesis education must be emphasized,students should know how to respect and treat life and realize the scientific spirit and humanistic spirit are interdependent and indivisible;disadvantages,such as the current law and rule environment and strain doctor-patient relationship,should be overcome,application of medical simulation system and the improvement of supervision system and the mediation mechanism may help to reduce medical errors;medical affairs can be worthy of the name and oncology can be developed after all these education countermeasures settled.
