后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折效果观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的对后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折临床治疗效果进行统计和分析。方法选取该院收治的骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者81例,随机分为两组,甲组41例,采用后凸形成术进行治疗;乙组40例,采用椎体形成术进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及术后不良反应。结果两组患者术后均得到有效的治疗,甲组疗效明显优越于乙组,两组患者均未有因治疗导致的严重不良后果。结论后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折效果更好,适宜临床广泛应用。
