盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗中度慢性牙周炎的效果观察被引量：3

摘要目的具体评价采用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗中重度慢性牙周炎患者的临床疗效情况,最大限度保证患者口腔治疗工作的有效展开效果。方法将口腔科治疗中收治的85例中重度慢性牙周炎患者分为观察组和治疗组两组,其中观察组中的42例患者采用盐酸米诺环素软膏进行治疗,对照组中的43例中重度慢性牙周炎患者则采用碘甘油进行治疗,对两组中重度慢性牙周炎患者的临床症状情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的牙周炎治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),保证了患者的生活质量。结论临床实践证明对于中重度慢性牙周炎患者来说,采用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗能够有效促进整体治疗效果,提升了患者的健康生活质量以及治疗满意度。
