摘要
目的探讨正常中晚孕胎儿三尖瓣返流的彩色多普勒表现。方法利用彩色多普勒对147例正常中晚孕(中孕103例,晚孕44例)胎儿心脏四腔心切面进行观察,记录三尖瓣返流例数、返流长度、面积等参数,并按照返流长度、面积等参数对返流进行极轻度、轻度、中度、重度评级。结果中孕胎儿(103例)三尖瓣返流发生率为43.69%,中度以下44例,中度1例,无重度病例。晚孕胎儿(44例)三尖瓣返流发生率为52.27%,中度以下23例,无中、重度病例。结论正常中晚孕胎儿三尖瓣返流均有较高的发生率,以极轻度和轻度返流为主。
Objective To investigate the performance of the normal Medium and late pregnancy fetal by color doppler. Methods To observed the trieuspid regurgitation of the 147 normal Medium and late pregnancy fetal heart eases by four-chamber view and color doppler,then record the number, the length, and the area,etc. And assessing the grate of the trieuspid regurgitation by very mild, mild, moderate and severe. Results The detection rate of the Medium pregnancy fetal trieuspid regurgitation is 43.69% ,including 44 eases of lower than moderate, 1 case of moderate and no severe ease. The detection rate of the late pregnancy fetal tricuspid regurgitation is 52.27%, including 23 cases of lower than moderate, no ease of moderate to severe. Conclusion The normal medium and late pregnancy fetal tricuspid regurgitation has a high ineidenee and the grade of regurgitation is very mild and mild mainly.
