微创皮下修剪法治疗腋部臭汗症效果观察

Observation of the Efficacy of Subcutaneous Pruning with Small Incision for the Treatment of Axillary Bromidrosis

摘要 【目的】探讨采用微创皮下修剪法治疗腋部臭汗症的临床效果。【方法】本院2007年1月至2011年12月89例腋部臭汗症患者,采用微创皮下修剪腋部毛囊、大汗腺、皮下脂肪,保留皮肤及真皮乳头层血管网。【结果】经24个月的随访显示,所有患者腋部无一例皮肤坏死及瘢痕增生,瘢痕隐蔽,术后复发仅2例,治愈率达97.8%。【结论】微创皮下修剪法治疗腋部臭汗症,创口小,预后无明显瘢痕,复发率低,是目前较理想的治疗腋臭的手术方法。 [Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of subcutaneous pruning with small incision for the treatment of axillary bromidrosis. KMethodsl A total of 89 patients with axillary bromidrosis in our hospital from Jan. 2007 to Dec. 2011 received mini-invasive subcutaneous pruning of axillary follicle, apocrine sweat gland and subcutaneous fat, and retained the skin and dermal papillary layer vascular network. [Results]Follow up for 24 months revealed that no axillary skin necrosis and scar hyperplasia was found in all patients and the scar was con- cealed. Postoperative recurrence occurred in only 2 patients. The curative rate was 97.8%. [Conclusion]Mini-in- vasive subcutaneous pruning for the treatment of axillary bromidrosis has small trauma, no obvious scar and low recurrence rate, so it is an ideal surgical method for the treatment of axillary bromidrosis now.
