正确解读BNP和NT-proBNP 被引量：6

摘要 近年来，慢性心力衰竭（chronic heart failure．CHF）的发生率呈逐年增加的趋势，据报道．一般人群中CHF的发生率为0．8％～2％。早期诊断对心衰的恰当治疗和改善预后非常重要。B型利钠肽（brain natriuretic peptide，BNP）与N末端B型利钠肽原（NT—proBNP）已经越来越广泛地用于心衰的诊断和鉴别诊断，
