摘要
目的探讨尖锐湿疣患者的心理状况,为其综合治疗提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查的形式收集我院100例尖锐湿疣患者的临床资料,分析尖锐湿疣患者的心理状况。结果心理障碍在尖锐湿疣患者中普遍存在,具有抑郁、焦虑心理者有72例,具有无所谓心理者有6例,具有悔恨自责心理者有39例,具有羞耻心理者有21例,具有愤世报复心理者有3例。结论心理障碍在尖锐湿疣患者中发生率较高,且表现形式多种多样,主要表现为:抑郁、焦虑、无所谓、悔恨自责、羞耻、愤世报复心理。因此应给予重视并及时给予心理治疗。
Objective To survey the psychology of 100 patients with condyloma acuminatum, and to provide references for the treatment of the disease. Methods Questionnaires were applied among 100 patients of condyloma acuminatum treated in our hospital to get the necessary clinical data. The psychology of the patients was analyzed. Results Psychological disorder is prevailing in patients with condyloma acuminatum, with 72 eases of depression and anxiety, 6 case of neglecting, 39 cases of regret, 21 cases of shame, as well as 3 cases of cynicism and re- venge. Conclusion The occurrence of psychological disorder in patients with eondyloma acuminatum is quite high, with diverse with forms including depression and anxiety, neglecting, regret, shame, cynicism and revenge. Patients with psyehologiea! disorder should be noticed and treated in time.
