摘要
目的初步探讨无创动脉硬化检测技术在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)合并下肢动脉病变中的应用价值,为早期诊治疾病提供临床依据。方法应用无创动脉硬化技术检测86例GDM孕妇患者及75例同期健康孕妇的肱-踝动脉的脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)、踝臂指数(ABI)及脉压指数(PPI),对相关检测数据进行分析。结果 GDM组与正常对照组的baPWV、ABI和PPI比较,其差异均有显著统计学意义(P均<0.01);对妊娠期糖尿病组ABI<0.9的9例患者进行下肢血管彩色多普勒检查,其中6例患者动脉血管分叉处有斑块形成。结论应用无创动脉硬化检测技术能早期发现妊娠期糖尿病患者合并的动脉硬化和可能存在下肢动脉病变,为临床进行及时有效的诊疗提供较好依据,对疾病防治有重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the application ofnon-invasive atheroselerosis detection in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) complicated with lower extremity vascular disease, and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of the disease. Methods Eighty-six pregnant patients with GDM (the GDM group) and 75 healthy pregnant women (the normal control group) in our hospital were detected for pulse wave speed (baPWV), ankle-brachial index (ABI) and pulse pressure index (PPI), by non-invasive atherosclerosis detection technology. The data were analyzed after the detection. Results There was statistically significant difference in baPWV, ABI and PPI between the GDM group and the normal group (P〈0.01). There were 9 patients whose ABI were less than 0.9 in the GBM group, six of which had arterial plaque formation according to color Doppler ultrasound. Conclusion The application of non-invasive atherosclerosis detection can help detect blocked arteries earlier, providing better value for early treatment.
