依那普利对急性心梗后心衰患者氧自由基代谢及血小板参数的影响 被引量:9

Influence of enalapril on oxygen free radical metabolism and platelet parameters in patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction

摘要 目的探讨依那普利对急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者氧自由基指标及血小板参数的影响。方法选取2009年3月至2012年8月于本院进行常规治疗的38例急性心梗后心衰患者为对照组,同期进行常规治疗联合依那普利进行治疗的38例患者为观察组,将两组患者治疗前及治疗后1周、2周的SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、TAC、MDA、LPO水平及血小板四项参数进行比较。结果观察组治疗后1周的MPV、PLCR、PCT及PDW分别为(9.96±1.50)fl、(29.46±3.57)%、(0.18±0.03)%及(12.73±1.35)fl,治疗后2周则分别为(9.33±1.31)fl、(29.46±3.57)%、(0.15±0.02)%及(12.73±1.35)fl,均低于对照组。而治疗后1周血清SOD、CAT、GSH-Px及TAC分别为(75.38±6.37)nU/ml、(43.68±4.84)nU/ml、(80.77±6.41)U/L及(11.56±1.42)kU/L,治疗后2周则分别为(82.63±7.28)nU/ml、(50.13±5.37)nU/ml、(80.77±6.41)U/L及(12.94±1.53)kU/L,均高于对照组。治疗后1周MDA及LPO分别为(2.64±0.35)nmol/ml及(2.82±0.36)nmol/ml,治疗后2周分别为(2.03±0.27)nmol/ml及(2.24±0.30)nmol/ml,均低于对照组。以上两组患者治疗前后数据比较,其差异均具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论依那普利可有效改善急性心肌梗死后心衰患者的疾病状态,对于患者氧自由基代谢及血小板参数影响较大。 Objective To analyze the influence of Enalapril on oxygen free radical metabolism and platelet parameters in patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction. Methods Thirty-eight patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction who were treated with routine treatment in our hospital from March 2009 to August 2012 were selected as the control group, and 38 patients who were treated with routine treatment and Enalapril at the same time were selected as the observation group. Then the SOD, CAT, GSH-Px, TAC, MDA, LPO and four platelet parameters of two groups before treatment, one, two weeks after Ireatment were compared. Results The MPV, PLCR, PCT and PDW of the observation group were (9.96±1.50) fl, (29.46±3.57)%, (0.18±0.03)% and (12.73±1.35) fl one week after treatment, (9.33±1.31) fl, (29.46±3.57)%, (0.15±0.02)% and (12.73±1.35) fl two weeks after treatment, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group. Serum SOD, CAT, GSH-Px and TAC of the observation group were (75.38±6.37) nU/ml, (43.68±4.84) nU/ml, (80.77±6.41) U/L and (11.56±1.42) kU/L one week after treatment, (82.63±7.28) nU/ml, (50.13±5.37) nU/ml, (80.77±6.41) U/L and (12.94±1.53) kU/L two weeks after treatment, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group. MDA and LPO of the observation group were (2.64±0.35) nmol/ml and (2.82±0.36) nmol/ml one week after treatment, (2.03±0.27) nmol/ml and (2.24±0.30) nmol/ml two weeks after treatment, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The Enalapril can effectively improve the disease state ofpatients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction, and its influence on oxygen free radical metabolism and platelet parameters of patients is significant.
