摘要
生活水平的提高 ,使肥胖症患者的人数逐年增加 .大量研究证明 ,肥胖是诱发高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、高脂血症等慢性病的一种主要危险因素 ,对肥胖症的预防是主要的 .确定肥胖的一个简单而又有效的办法是利用世界卫生组织推荐的体质指数 BMI( Body Mass Index) .本文基于上海市延吉地区近万名 30岁以上成年人的调查结果 ,对体质指数的分布进行了研究 。
With the improvement of living conditions in China,the prevalence rate of obesity is going up.Obesity,of which the prevention is principal,has been found to be a main factor initiating diseases related to better living conditions(DRBLC),such as hypertension,coronary heart disease(CHD),non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)and hyperlipidemia.World Health Organization(WHO)has recommended a body mass index (BMI) to judge whether he or she is fat or not.Since the distributions of the BMI in various countries differ,it is important to get a clear understanding of the distribution of Chinese BMI.Based on a survey in a community in Shanghai during 1997-1998,this paper studies the distribution of the MBI in this community,and fits the density function by a model of contaminated normal distribution.
