Versal unfolding of equivariant bifurcation problems with multiparameter under the action of a subgroup D of the equivalent group D(Γ) is discussed in this paper.One main result is versal unfolding theorem of equivariant bifurcation problems with multiparameter.The theorem is the generalization of corresponding result in [1].
