摘要
在对新的固体矿产资源 /储量分类概述的基础上 ,建立了新的探矿权、采矿权评估方法体系框架 ,对收益现值法与重置成本法进行了研究 。
Based on New Solid Mineral Resources/Reserves Assortment,the thesis explores the method system of assessment of exploration right and mining right based on the New Solid Mineral Resources Assortment.Especially,the thesis discusses the application of the method of discounted cash flow and the method of re-equipment cost, and then discusses the charateristics and the applying conditions of the other assessment methods.
