摘要
企业应当从企业文化灌输、企业需求与员工职业发展相结合、培训机制与激励机制相结合等方面入手开展培训,提高员工主观能动性,从而增强培训效果并使培训效果在企业生产和管理实际工作中发挥实效。
Enterprise should carry out staffs' training from aspects of the infusion of enterprise culture, the combination of enterprise demand and staffs' career development, and the combination of training mechanism and incentive mechanism, etc. in order to improve staffs' subjective initiative and thus improve training effect and give full play to the actual effectiveness of the training in enterprise' s production and management.
