摘要
由于雾封层采用改性乳化沥青,在其防水效果明显提高的情况下,抗滑性能可能会大幅度衰减。文章通过室内模拟实验,分别测试雾封层的构造深度和渗水系数,对比分析其抗滑和透水性能。结果表明:改性乳化沥青的喷洒量对试件表面的构造深度影响显著,喷洒量越高,构造深度越小;当原始构造深度较大时,构造深度的降幅更明显。从抗滑角度来看,建议雾封层的改性乳化沥青喷洒剂量不要超过0.4 kg/m2。随着喷洒量的提高,渗水系数降幅显著;当原路面渗水系数比较大的时候,雾封层的封水效果更为明显;如果喷洒量过小,则难以起到雾封层应有的防水效果。从防水角度来看,建议喷洒量不得小于0.2 kg/m2。综合考虑抗滑和防水性能,建议雾封层的喷洒量在0.2~0.4 kg/m2之间。
Modified emulsified asphalt fog seal,in the case of its waterproof significantly improve the skid resistance may be greatly attenuated.The paper through indoor simulation test,tests texture depth and permeability coefficient of the fog seal,conducts comparative analysis of the skid and water permeability.The results show that: the spray volume of modified emulsified asphalt has significantly impact on texture depth,higher spray volume,smaller texture depth;the decline of texture depth is more pronounced when the original texture depth structure is larger.From skid perspective,the modified emulsified asphalt spray dose of fog seal should not exceed 0.4 kg/m2.With the improvement of the spray volume,permeability coefficient fell significantly;when the original pavement permeability coefficient is large,the water sealing effect of fog seal is more obvious;if the spray amount is excessively small,it is difficult to play the fog seal layer should have a waterproof effect.From waterproof perspective,it is recommended spraying amount shall not be less than 0.2 kg/m2.Integrated to consider skid and waterproof performance,it is recommended that spraying between 0.2-0.4 kg/m2.
