摘要
目的比较浆细胞性乳腺炎的手术联合中药疗法与单纯手术疗法的治疗效果。方法按照治疗方法将研究对象分为手术联合中药组(联合治疗组)与单纯手术组,每组60人。对两组患者连续随访1 a,观察患者病情在术后1年内的恢复及复发情况,分析比较2种疗法的临床疗效及预后。结果联合治疗组患者在乳房疼痛缓解(Z=-1.985,P<0.05)、外形改变(Z=-2.900,P<0.01)的效果均优于单纯手术组;联合治疗组患者复发率为25.0%,低于单纯治疗组的51.7%(χ2=9.025,P<0.01);且前者的平均复发天数为251.3 d,长于后者的223.7 d(χ2=10.547,P<0.01)。结论浆细胞性乳腺炎患者手术联合中药治疗与单纯手术治疗相比,可明显缓解患者症状,降低术后复发率和延长复发时间。
[ Objective ] To compare the curative effect between surgery combined with Chinese herbal medicine and simple operation therapy in the treatment of plasma cell mastiffs. [ Methods] According to the treatment methods, the patients were divided into the surgery combined with Chinese herbal medicine group （ the combined treatment group） and the simple operation group, 60 cases in each group. All cases were followed up after operation for one year. The recovery and recurrence was observed within one year after operation, while the curative effect and prognosis between two methods were compared. [ Results ] Patients in the combined treat- ment group showed a better effect than patients in simple operation group in aspects of breast pain relief （Z =-1. 985 ,P 〈 0.05） , and changes of shape （Z = -2.900,P 〈0.01 ）, The recurrence rate of the combined treatment group 125.0% ） was lower than that of the simple operation group （ χ2 = 9. 025 , P 〈 0.01 ） , and the average duration of recurrence in the combined treatment group （ 251.3 days ） was longer than that in the simple operation group （ 223.7 days ） （ χ2 = 10. 547, P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion ] The method of surgery combined with Chinese herbal medicine can significantly relieve symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate and post- pone the recurrence as compared with the simple operation in patients with plasma cell mastiffs.
