摘要
目的了解社会各界人士对病毒性肝炎(以下简称肝炎)患者的态度,为肝炎[主要是乙型肝炎(乙肝)]的预防控制及宣传工作提供参考性意见。方法采用自编社会对肝炎患者态度的调查问卷,对十堰市市民、十堰市人力资源局、东风商用车市场销售总部、十堰泽昌汽车销售有限公司等单位进行问卷调查。结果 81.58%的人关心肝炎(乙肝)患者或态度中立,但同时也存在着较严重的对肝炎(乙肝)患者的歧视情况,如拒绝乙肝病毒携带者入学(49.04%),拒绝录用乙肝病毒携带员工(44.77%),这种歧视是因为对肝炎(乙肝)的不了解。结论建议有关部们应加大肝炎(乙肝)的宣传力度。
[ Objective] To learn about the people＇s attitude toward viral hepatitis patients, provide a reference for prevention and publicity of hepatitis （ mairdy about hepatitis B ）. [ Methods ] By using the self-designed questionnaire of social attitude toward hepa- titis patients, the survey was conducted among residents in Shiyan City, employees in Shiyan Bureau of Human Resources, Dong- feng Distribution Office of Commercial Vehicle, and Shiyang Zechang Auto Sales Co., Ltd. [ Results ] Most of people （ 81.58% ） showed their sympathy （ or neutral attitude） to hepatitis （ hepatitis B ） patients. However, there existed severe misunderstandings and discrimination against hepatitis （ hepatitis B ） patients, which included schools refuse the hepatitis （ hepatitis B ） students （ 49.04% ） , and enterprises refuse to hire the hepatitis （ hepatitis B ） workers （44.77% ）. The reason of discrimination was people do not understand the hepatitis （hepatitis B）. [ Conclusion] It is suggested that relevant department should enhance the publicity efforts against hepatitis discrimination.
