摘要
国有企业改革的目标是建立现代企业制度，而随着改革的逐步深化，事业单位改革已成为重要课题，也是测绘事业单位的必然选择。
The target of the stale - owned enterprise reform is the establishment of the modern enterprise system. With the further deepening of the reform ,the reform of institutions is becoming a key issue. The author puts forward his own viewpoints concerning the restructuring in institutions of S/M.
