摘要
对 1976年河北唐山 7.8级大地震造成截瘫的患者进行了问卷调查 ,总结了唐山地震后对截瘫患者实施社会救助的主要经验 ,指出救助工作中存在的主要问题 。
Through the investigation from question for the paralytics due to amputation suffered from the M7 8 earthquake of Tangshan in 1978,the main experience of the social succour for the paralytics due to amputation after the Tangshan earthquake was summarized,the main problems in the succour work was suggested,the suggestions and countermeasures of social succour for the paralytics due to the amputation after a earthquke were proposed.
