摘要
目的通过因子分析幽门螺旋杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染对小榄镇学龄前儿童铁营养状况和发育水平的影响,为HP感染的治疗提供临床依据。方法通过对小榄镇学龄前儿童进行身高、13C呼气试验(UBT)测定HP,同时,检测血清铁蛋白(SF)研究小榄镇学龄前儿童幽门螺旋杆菌感染情况,以及感染幽门螺旋杆菌的儿童生长发育情况。结果 2010年1月～2012年12月小榄镇学龄前儿童216例,其中,IDA并存Hp感染106例,单纯HP感染54例,单纯IDA 56例。IDA并存Hp感染组与单纯Hp感染组儿童血清蛋白比较,P<0.01,IDA并存Hp感染组与单纯IDA儿童组血清蛋白比较,P<0.05;IDA并存Hp感染组与单纯Hp感染组儿童身高比较,P<0.05,IDA并存Hp感染组与单纯IDA儿童组身高比较,P<0.05。结论建议对小榄镇学龄前儿童采取科学而卫生的喂养,同时,需要儿童家长积极配合,实施儿童喂养和营养改善的健康教育,开展对小榄镇学龄前儿童幽门螺旋杆菌感染和营养监测与干预,控制和防治小榄镇学龄前儿童发生幽门螺旋杆菌感染和营养不良的发生。
Objective To provide clinical basis for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection by factor analyz- ing of influence of Hp infection on iron nutrition and development of preschoolers in Xiaolan town. Methods Hp was tested through body height measure, ^13C urea breath test （UBT）, and serum ferritin （SF） test was used to studied the situation of Hp infection, growth and development of preschoolers in Xiaolan town. Results Among 216 preschoolers in Xiaolan town from January 2010 to December 2012, there were 106 cases of IDA combined with Hp infection, 54 cas- es of single Hp infection, and 56 cases of single IDA. There was serum ferritin （S1r） difference between IDA combined with Hp infection group and single Hp infection group （P 〈 0.01）, also between IDA combined with Hp infection group and single IDP group （/9 〈 0.05）. There was body height difference between IDA combined with Hp infection group and single Hp infection group （P 〈 0.05）, also between IDA combined with Hp infection group and single IDP group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For preschoolers of Xiaolan town, to adopt scientific and hygienic feeding is rec- ommended. Meanwhile, the health education of child feeding and nutrition improvement should be implemented with active cooperation of parents to carry out Hp infection and nutrition monitoring and intervention, also to control and prevent the occurrence of them.
