摘要校长是履行学校领导与管理工作职责的专业人员。校长作为学校改革发展的带头人，担负着引领学校和教师发展，促进学生全面发展与个陛发展的重任f”。“有怎样的校长，就有怎样的学校。”校长是教育政策的执行者、是学校的灵魂以及重心所在，其领导质量深深影响学校的办学品质嘲。可以说，校长的素质直接关乎一个学校的发展。
