摘要
[目的]总结沈敏鹤主任中医师诊疗恶性肿瘤的学术观点及临床遣方用药特点。[方法]分别从病因病机、辨证施治、精神饮食调养方面论述了沈敏鹤主任中医师中西医结合诊疗常见恶性肿瘤的学术观点,并结合阐述了其遣方用药特点。[结果]其学术内涵包括天人相应,重视四时阴阳之变;辨证相结合,尤重中焦;慎药,注重精神饮食调养。[结论]沈敏鹤临证擅用顺天时调中焦理论治疗肿瘤,病证结合遣方用药,疗效甚佳,其经验值得推广。
[Objective] This paper sums up Doctor Shen Minhe＇s academic connotation and drug application characteristics in diagnosing and in curing various common malignant tumors.[Methods] From the aspects of the pathological mechanism,syndrome differentiation,spirit and diet,this paper sums up Doctor Shen Minhe＇s academic connotation and drug application characteristics in diagnosing and in curing various common malignant tumor,with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine.[Results] The academic connotation includes heaven corresponding and paying great attention to the change of Yin and Yang elements;the combination of syndrome and disease,especially middle burner（portion of the body housing the stomach and spleen）;taking good care of spirit and diet.[Conclusions]Doctor Shen Minhe specializes in treating tumors using theory of conforming to natural seasons and regulating middle burner,and combines syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation for medications.The curative effect is really good and his experience is worth popularizing.
