摘要
采用湿法工艺 ,通过季铵盐与钠基膨润土 ,进行离子交换反应合成有机膨润土 .实验表明 ,以硫酸为活化剂 ,在控制反应温度为 55℃~ 65℃和反应时间为 90min的条件下 ,让适量的季铵盐与经钠化处理的膨润土浆液发生反应 ,然后过滤、洗滤和干燥反应产物 ,可以得到在有机介质中具有极好分散性和触变性的有机膨润土 .该产品可作为流变助剂和增稠剂应用于油漆、油墨、润滑脂、钻井油浆等领域 .
The organobentonites are synthesized by means of the ionexchange reaction between quaternary ammonium salts and sodium base bentonites. They exhibit excellent dispersity and thixotropy in organic medium and can be obtained with controlling reaction temperature (55 deg~65 deg) and reaction time (90 min), using sulphoacid as an activator, reacting between bentonite mortar treated by sodium salts and quaternary ammonium salts before filtering, washing and drying reaction products. The work provide useful information for processing products such as thickeners for paint, printing ink, lubricating oil and oil mortar for well drilling.
