摘要
研究了水中兵器科研与定型试验的类别、流程、特点,针对水中兵器试验存在的字样数少、重指标考核轻实战考核、组织实施难度大等问题,通过将一体化试验的理论、方法和要求与水中兵器试验的具体实践相结合,探讨了水中兵器一体化试验的主要内容和实施方法,包括内外场试验一体化、技术试验与作战试验一体化、科研试验与定型试验一体化和试验、训练、演练一体化,以求达到水中兵器试验"全面考核、缩短周期、降低风险、提高效率"的目的。
This paper studies underwater weapon development and the types, procedures and characteristics of approval tests. Considering the problems that the underwater weapon tests pay more attention to indicator assessment rather than real combat assessment and it is difficult to organize such tests, this paper combines the theories, methods and requirements of integrated test with the actual practice of underwater weapon test to explore the main content and implementing methods of integrated underwater weapon test, including the integrated inside and outside field tests, integrated scientific and approval tests, and integrated test, training and exercise. The purpose is to achieve overall assessment, shorten research cycle, reduce risk and increase efficiency.
