摘要
对压榨法、溶剂法、水酶法3种提取方法生产的茶籽油质量进行对比分析,研究结果表明,水酶法生产的茶籽油质量更好。
The quality differences between expression, solvent and aqueous-enzyme methods in the extraction of tea seed oil were analyzed. The results showed that aqueous-enzyme method is better than the other two methods.
