摘要
实践教学是高职汽车专业教学的重要环节，实训条件能否适应现代高职教学需求，直接影响到学生专业技能、实践动手能力的培养。如何充分利用现有实训条件，利用最少资金，通过调整改造，校企合作，提升功能，适应现代职业教育的实践教学需求，是许多学校面临的课题。本文以陕西交通职业技术学院汽车专业实训基地建设为例，从加强实践教学条件建设、调整实训室功能，加强校企合作等方面入手，围绕如何提高学生的实践能力、适应企业岗位技能要求，培养高素质技能型人才等方面进行了探讨。

This paper takes Shaanxi College of Communication Technology automobile training base construction as an example, from the strengthening of practice teaching conditions construction, adjust the training room function, strengthen the cooperation between college and enterprise to wait for respect proceed with, around how to improve the students＇practical ability, adapt to the enterprise job skill requirements, training high quality talents are discussed.
