摘要
本文主要研究专科医院图书馆为患者服务存在问题与对策。主要存在问题包括馆舍、人员、技术、资金、管理等,主要对策包括医院转变思想观念、解决馆舍、专业人才队伍、引进先进技术设备、加大资金投入力度、完善内部管理体系、改善服务模式内容、改变患者思想认识等,从而确保专科医院健康长期发展。
The paper studies the limitations and suggestions of the services for patients that supplied by the specialist hospital libraries. The limitations mainly include the places, thepeople, the technology, the capital and the management, etal; the suggestions mainly include that changing the hospitals＇ideas, cracking the place constraints problem, expanding and strengthening the workforce, importing some advanced technology and equipment, increasing the financial input, improving the internal management system, improving the service mode content, and changing the patient＇s thinking and understanding, so as to ensure the healthy and long-term development of the specialty hospitals.
