支气管肺泡灌洗联合氧气吹张治疗肺不张12例

摘要 目的:研究分析支气管肺泡灌洗与氧气吹张联合治疗肺不张的临床效果和安全性。方法:选择笔者所在医院收治的肺不张患者12例,均采用支气管肺泡灌洗治疗和氧气吹张治疗,观察患者治疗效果。结果:显效7例,有效4例,无效1例。患者PaCO2下降,PaO2上升,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支气管肺泡灌洗与氧气吹张联合治疗肺不张具有较好的效果,值得临床应用。
