糖尿病患者足部皮温与下肢动脉彩色多普勒超声的相关性研究 被引量:1

A Related Research of Foot Skin Temperature and the Color Doppler Ultrasonography of Lower Limb Artery in Diabetic Patients

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病患者足部皮温与下肢动脉彩色多普勒超声(彩超)的关系。方法:测定156例糖尿病患者的双足皮肤温度差,利用动脉彩超检查双下肢动脉并进行狭窄程度分级,进行相关分析。结果:双足皮肤温度差<1℃的患者为41例(26.3%),温度差>2.2℃的患者为52例(33.3%),温度差在两者之间的患者为63例(40.4%),下肢动脉彩超狭窄程度随皮肤温度差增大而严重(P<0.005)。结论:足部皮温检测能反映糖尿病患者下肢动脉彩超的变化,是预测血管狭窄程度的一个经济、简便、无创的方法。 Objective To investigate the relationship between foot skin temperature and the Color Doppler ultrasound of lower limb artery in Diabetic patients.Methods Took the foot skin temperature of 156 diabetic patients,calculated the temperature differences,examined the lower limb artery with the Color Doppler ultrasound,classified grades of the arteriostenosis and analysed the correlation.Results There were 41 cases(26.3%)of temperature difference1℃,52 cases(33.3%)of temperature difference2.2℃,63 cases(40.4%)of temperature difference between 1 to 2.2℃,the grades of arteriostenosis became serious with the increase of the temperature difference(P〈0.005).Conclusion Foot skin temperature detection can reflect the changes of the color Doppler ultrasound of lower limb artery in diabetic patients,is an economic,convenient and harmless method for prediction of arteriostenosis.
