股骨头坏死外科保头治疗 被引量：7

摘要 股骨头血液循环破坏、髓内压增高及股骨头下支撑力不足所致股骨头坏死(ONFH)由多种病因引起,多见于中青年人群。ONFH外科保头治疗旨在改善患者症状,延迟人工髋关节置换时间,关键在于减少股骨头髓内高压的同时给予股骨头有效支撑并重建血供,其临床效果优于保守治疗。该文就单纯髓芯减压术、髓芯减压联合骨诱导物移植术、髓芯减压联合带血管骨移植术、多孔钽棒置入术、截骨术和血管束植入术等外科保头治疗研究进展作一综述。
