船舶进气应急旁通装置的数值研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用三维定常与非定常数值模拟相结合的方法,考虑百叶窗、滤清器等结构的阻力影响,对某船舶进气系统进行仿真.从定常角度对应急装置开启角度、测点压差、面平均压差间的关系进行研究,找到临界压差阻力时,应急旁通门开启保证进气室前后压力损失在标准范围内的最小开启角度.在此基础上,采用非定常方法,对定常计算确定的最小开启角度条件下的进气系统流场进行求解,进一步验证所确定角度的正确性,并对测点压差的变化情况进行校核. 3D numerical simulation is carried out to calculate the flow field of a vessel intake system.And the resistance influence of shutter and filter is concerned.On the basis of steady simulation,the relation between the open angle of the emergency bypass device and the total pressure difference of measuring points are studied,and the smallest open angle is found.Then,unsteady simulation is used to prove the validity of the smallest angle,and the variation of the total pressure difference is verified.
