摘要
近年来 ,中医药治疗糖尿病肾病取得了一定进展 ,主要从本病的病机和治疗两个方面进行了研究。中医药治疗本病 ,不但能控制病情发展 ,而且能改善近期症状 ,对巩固病情有较大帮助。但也有不足之处 ,需要深入进行机理研究 ;严格科研设计 ;确定本病的基本证型 ;发挥中西医各自的优势 ,取长补短 。
There has been some progress recently in the treatment of diabetic renopathy and this paper states mainly its pathogenesis and treatment. In the treatment of this disease, Chinese medicines can not only control the progress of the illness condition, but also improve the short-term symptoms, which is helpful in consolidating the state of illness. However it is necessary to study the mechanism, design a rigorous scientific research, establish the basic syndrome types, and give a full play to both Chinese and Western medicines so as to improve the curative effects.
