摘要
本文从公共艺术的公共性、表现形态、进步意义等方面阐述了公共艺术的内涵和外延,肯定了公共艺术对于城市建设与发展的重要意义。对公共艺术的公共性认识和理解是公共艺术创作的基础,倡导以积极进步的人文精神、艺术精神和民主意识来设计当代城市公共艺术。
This article elaborates the connotation and extension of public art from its publicity,form,and significance of progress etc.,affirms the significance of the public art to the city construction and development.The public awareness and understanding towards public art is the foundation of creation of public art,it is advocated to design contemporary city public art from positive humanistic spirit,the spirit of art and the consciousness of democracy.
