摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,企业间的竞争也日趋激烈,供应链作为现代企业竞争的核心环节,越来越受到人们的重视,企业供应链稳定性是现代企业面临的首要问题。企业想要在动态市场环境下处于优势地位,务必要加强供应链的管理,提高企业供应链稳定性,进而为企业创造效益。本文从影响供应链稳定性的因素出发,辨析供应链的波动性,找出影响供应链稳定性因素间的关系,最终提出保持企业供应链稳定的对策建议。
With the continuous development of our economy,competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce;the supply chain,as the core link of competition of modern enterprises,is being paid more and more attention,and the stability of the enterprise supply chain is the number one priority problem that contemporary companies face.The enterprise,wanting to stay a dominant position in the dynamic market environment,is sure to strengthen the management of supply chain,improve stability of enterprise supply chain,and create benefits for enterprises.This article,starting from the factors that affect the stability of supply chain,analyzes the the fluctuation of the supply chain,finds out the relationship between the factors that impact the stability of supply chain,and finally puts forward countermeasures and proposals to keep the stability of enterprise supply chain.
