摘要
在高校思想政治教育中,注重大学生个性培养意义重大,它是新时期对高校思想政治教育工作提出的新要求,也是实现思想政治教育目标的内在需求。同时,科学分析大学生的个性差异是提升思想政治教育实效性的重要条件。本文分析并提出了高校思想政治教育中加强个性培养的有效策略。
In ideological and political education in institutions of higher learning,it is of great significance to attach importance to students＇ personality cultivation.It is the new requirement of ideological and political education work in new era in institutions of higher learning of great significance,and the internal demand to realize the aim of ideological and political education as well.At the same time,the scientific analysis of the difference of college students＇personality is the important condition to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.This paper analyses the effective strategies in strengthening the cultivation of personality in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
