摘要
本文阐述了如何通过培养个性心理,与学生合作教学,活跃大学生课堂气氛;如何建立和谐的师生关系,使学生积极主动地学习,由"学会"变"会学",激发创新潜能,培养具有创新能力的人才。
This paper describes how through the cultivation of personality psychology and cooperative teaching to active classroom atmosphere,how to build harmonious relationship between teachers and students to enable students to actively study,from ＂learning＂ to ＂being able to learn＂,to stimulate innovation potential and train talents with creative ability.
