摘要
学界研究比较方法的理论很多,但研究比较法的方法论还有待时间的沉淀。文章在阐述古代东西方法律文化比较研究的意义基础上,分析了比较法的一般性方法论,说明古代东西方法律文化比较的特殊性。
There are many theories about method of comparative in academic research,but the research methodology of comparative law still remains to be precipitated.This paper,on the basis of elaborating the comparative research of legal cultures of ancient East and West,analyses generalized methodology of comparative law,and explains the specificity of comparation of legal cultures of the ancient East and West.
