摘要 肺栓塞（Pulmonary embolism，PE）本身是以各种栓子阻塞肺动脉系统为其发病原因的一组疾病或临床综合征的总称，肺血栓栓塞症是肺栓塞最常见的一种类型。其发病率在仅次于肿瘤和心肌梗死，占致死原因的第三位。随着对肺栓塞深入地认识，其早期确诊率及救治成功率明显提高。尽管如此，肺栓塞还是使患者蒙受经济损失，
