摘要
目的:研究偏头痛患者血浆中一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)的含量变化。方法:应用经颅多普勒(TCD)检测大脑中动脉(MCA)峰值速度(Vs);随机筛选50例Vs增高的患者,抽取静脉血样,用硝酸还原酶法测定血浆中NO含量;用放免法测定ET含量。结果:偏头痛组与对照组比较血浆NO含量显著降低,ET含量增高(P<0 .01)。结论:NO和ET含量在偏头痛发作时发生变化,与病变血管的数目有关,与病程无关,它们可能与脑血管舒缩功能障碍的发生有关。
Objective: To study the change of the levels of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) in plasma of patients with migraine. Methods: Transcranial doppler (TCD) to measure the highest velocity (Vs). The levels of NO and ET in plasma of these patients can be detected with reductase method or RIA. Results: The NO levels in plasma of patients with migraine were lower than those in normal control partients evels, however, the ET were higher. Conclusion: The levels of NO and ET in plasma are changing when migraine happens. It can be affected by the number of ill blood vessels, not by the course of this diease. This may be related with the obstacle of dilate and contract function of cerebral blood vessels.
