摘要
目的：探讨冠脉内支架术后常见护理问题、诱因及其对策。方法：对１６１例冠脉内支架术病人的术后并发症及护理问题进行护理干预。结果：伤口出血、腹胀、尿潴留、腰背部酸痛、植物神经功能紊乱等护理问题均得到及时解决。结论：护士应熟悉冠脉内支架术后常见护理问题及诱因，掌握有效的护理措施，减少病人痛苦，促进其康复。
Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the general nursing problems and their inducing factors and implementation after intracoronary stening. Methods: Effective nursing methods were given to a total of 161 patients with complication and nursing problems after intracoronary steming. Results: Major nursing problems such as the bleeding of wound, abdminal distention, urinary retention, lumbodorsal pain and the disorder of autonomic nervous system were resolved in time. Conclusion: The nurses should be familiar with the general nursing problems and the inducing factor of the patients who had undergone intracoronary stenting. The effective nursing method should be taken in order to relieve the suffering of the patients and promote the recovery.
