摘要
目的：研究ＩＧＦ—Ⅱ ｍＲＮＡ在肾母细胞瘤中的表达。方法：用原位杂交方法检测４２例肾母细胞瘤在不同病理组织类型中的表达。结果： ４２例肾母细胞瘤中有 ２８例呈高表达， １０例正常组织呈低表达，两组比较有显著差异（ Ｐ＜ ０． ０１），其中以胚基细胞为主型肾母细胞瘤的ＩＧＦ－ⅡｍＲＮＡ的表达高于上皮细胞优势型和间质细胞优势型的肾母细胞瘤（Ｐ＜０． ０１；在低分化间变型肾母细胞瘤中ＩＧＦ—ⅡｍＲＮＡ表达水平显著高于无间变型肾母细胞瘤（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：ＩＧＦ—Ⅱ ｍＲＮＡ表达水平的高低与肾母细胞瘤的分化程度呈负相关性且ＩＧＦ—Ⅱ在肾母细胞瘤的增殖分化中起重要的调节作用。
Objective: Investigation on the expression of IGF - Ⅱ mRNA in nephroblastoma. Methods: Testing the expression in various types of tissue from 42 cases of nephroblastoma with in situ hybridization. Results: High level of expression was seen in 28 of the 42 cases of nephroblastoma and 10 normal tissue showed low level of expression. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0. 01 ). The expression level revealed in nephroblastoma with anaplasia. Conclusion: The level of IGF - Ⅱ mRNA expression in nephroblastoma is inversely correlated with the differentiation extent of nephroblastoma and IGF - Ⅱ mRNA plays an important role in regulating the proliferation and differentiation of nephroblastoma.
