摘要
探讨百令胶囊对反复发作性尿路感染的治疗作用。５０例年龄５５～７２岁的女性患者，均有反复发作的尿路感染史６个月以上。将５０例患者随机分成百令胶囊加阿莫西林组（２６例）及单用阿莫西林组（２４例），治疗３个月后观察３个月，其间症状、体征、尿化验和细菌学检查均正常为治愈。结果前组 １５例治愈，后组仅 ４例治愈（ Ｐ＜ ０． ０５），前者有效率为 ９２． ３％，后者为７０％。说明百令胶囊对提高反复发作尿路感染治愈率有作用，其机制可能与百令胶囊提高老年人机体免疫力有关。
Objective: To study treatment of Bailing capsule for the urinary tract infection which happens over and over again. Methods: In our study , 50 patients who had the urinary tract infection for more than 6 months were divided into two groups: the 26 patients in the first group were under the treatment of Bailing capsules plus amoxicillin, the rest 24 patients in the second group were simply under the treatment of amoxicillin. The patients were treated for 3 months and followed up for another 3 months. If their symptoms, sign, urine analysis and the bacteriological test were normal, they were cured. Results: There were 15 patients in the first group cured, and in the second group, there were only 4(P < 0. 05). The effective rate was 92.3% to 90%. Conclusion: It suggests that Bailing capsules are effective in the treatment of urinary tract infection. The reason may be that Bailing capsules can improve the immunity of the old people.
