摘要
目的：探讨咽淋巴环非霍奇金淋巴瘤的ＣＴ诊断价值。方法：对７６例经病理证实的咽淋巴环非霍奇金淋巴瘤的冠状及横断平扫和增强扫描的ＣＴ影像学特征进行回顾性分析。结果：除鼻咽３５例、舌根部２例单发ＮＨＬ外，其余３９例多为灶性。其 ＣＴ影像特征为多病灶跨越性生长，平扫 ＣＴ值 ３５～５０ ＨＵ，增强后则全部 ６０－９０ ＨＵ，且密度均匀强化。骨质破坏较少，颈淋巴结数量多，强化明显。结论：ＣＴ检查对ＮＨＬ的临床分期及确定咽淋巴环病灶的范围、大小具有重要作用。
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of computed tomography (CT) of Non - Hodgkin's Lymphomas (NHL) in pharyngeal lymphatic chain. Methods: We selected 76 pathologically proven cases of NHL in pharyngeal lymph chain with retrospective analysis of the imaging characteristics on coronal and transverse plain and enhanced CT scans. Results: 37 cases of NHL (35 from nasopharynx and 2 from root of tongue) were single focal Other 39 cases were multifocal NHL. The CT images were characterized with multifocal overlapping growth. The plain CT attenuation number was 35-50 HU, and reached 60-90 HU of homogeneous density after enhancement. A few cases showed bone destruction. Numerous cervical lymph nodes enlarged with obvious enhancement. Conclusion: CT diagnosis is important for detection clinical staging, extent and size of NHLs in pharyngeal lymphatic chain.
