摘要
通过对北京市某三甲医院临床科室主任和住院医师进行的问卷调查，了解目前临床科室主任和住院医师对住院医师培训需求的差异，为完善住院医师培训体系提供参考。调查结果显示，临床科室主任与住院医师对职业道德、沟通与交流能力、团队合作能力和语言文字能力4项重要性的认知存在差异。提示我们，在加强住院医师临床专业知识和技能培训的同时，应当重视相关法律法规、职业道德等人文社会科学知识的教育，以提高住院医师的综合素质。
In this study, a survey about the difference of residency training needs between the clinical department director and residents was made in a hospital, in order to direct the future residency training and finish the system of residency training. The result showed that they had different knowing for the importance of professional ethic, the ability of communication, teamwork, language skills and writing. When training residents with the professional knowledge and skills, we should pay attention to strengthen the education of the relevant laws and regulations, professional ethics and humanities, and social science knowledge, in order to improve the overall quality of residents.
