摘要
当前，我国正在大力发展医学专业学位教育，临床医学专业学位教育与住院医师规范化培训的目标与特点高度契合。上海市率先开展了住院医师规范化培训与临床医学专业学位教育相结合的改革试点工作，创立了“5＋3”临床医学人才培养模式。本文概括了该模式的特色、改革试点工作的经验，以及未来的发展方向和工作重点。
Currently our country is putting great efforts on the education for professional degree of clinical medicine. The post-graduate education of professional degree of clinical medicine is a novel way to cultivate high-level clinical personnel. The objective and model of the training for it highly fit with that of standardized resident training. The combination training of both firstly was carried out in Shanghai and developed a ＂5＋3＂ training model. This paper describes the features of the training model, the experience of pilot practice, and the direction and focus for future work.
